F R E E D O M

Ok, just before everyone tells me how wonderful this photo is... I did not take it! But, it does tell you that we successfully released our re-habilitated Dove today... and he flew up and away... lord, it was a magical and honoring exprience. I was waiting for the right time, and today felt like the right time....

    I wonder if he will come back to visit. My brother had a dove that flew freely around our house. They even used to shower together.
    And as legend has it the dove saved our family from a house fire, started by our evil (step)grandfather.
    One day the dove flew away but returned with a mate a few weeks later. The pair visited quite often.
